Reverend Elder Tyrone C. Johnson, Sr., CEO & Founder of CTAC (1994), is a Bachelor of Science graduate of the Eastern Theological Seminary and is affectionately known as “God’s Ambassador to the Streets.”  He is on several Boards of different organizations, globally. Trains, mentors, and mobilizes strategic and public safety operational leaders.  He assures and effectively manages Board approved CTAC programs, marketing, promotions, products, and services.  Authorizes personnel policies and procedures that fully conform to current laws and regulations for non-profits.  Creates and synchronizesthe development of safety plans and advocacy systems that engages leadership to respond relevantly.  He innovates concepts and plans for community deployment that are implemented by local, state, and federal systems.  He successfully interfaces faith-based, community, governmental, and civic organizations to fulfill the legacy of CTAC’s mission.

We are a Faith-based organization that came together, regardless of being a church, mosque, or synagogue, to reduce drug use caused by mental and physical abuse, as well as other activities that have a negative impact on our communities.
